I called Precision for service on my garage door, they took care of my problem very quickly, were courteous, responsive to questions, and returned phone calls. A rarity when dealing with business's these days, unfortunately. The service technician was a professional and thorough. The door and the opener now work perfect. Precision has gained another customer,

Anthony did a great job fixing a new garage door another company endlessly came out to “fix”. The door wouldn't go all the way up, not down and tire off an antenna, the roller kept falling off finally making me unable to even open it or get my car out. He called 2 other guys that work for precision to make as most of an informed decision with their advice as possible and he fixed it, then added rubber on the bottom to make it look great. I'm disgusted with the other company and not clear how they were so impotent to install and fix their own doors, but precision did it and they were all really nice and respectful to the property also, cleaning up any messes made while doing the repair.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did the needed repairs and I felt they were honest about what repairs were needed. I wouldn't definitely recommend using them and I would use their services again!

Doug showed up right on time. He knew just what the problems were and fixed everything. He programmed new door openers and old ones so nice. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also the lovely lady who answered the phone early in the am deserves a shout out for coming to work so early! So thanks to all.

The service tech was very polite, however for the replacement of two torsion springs the price was three time the average cost. That’s really taking advantage of customers!!!!!! Zero Star rating.

Luke was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived when expected.
