Working with the staff of Precision was not just easy but actually enjoyable! Their incredible staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and we were NEVER pressured to buy or given short shrift because they had another call to make. I definitely LOVE my new doors, and we paid less than I'd budeted for the project, which speaks to the value we got for our money. Honesty, if I could give them six stars, I would.

The spring broke on the garage door & I called Precision the next day. They sent Jared out to fix it. He installed new springs & rollers. His work was very good. The garage door works better than new, & is quieter than before. Jared is very professional.

My experience with precision door was 5-star all the way. Scheduled work was the same day and was called by Jesse the tech with exact time. Jesse was on time and explained what needed to be done with exact price. He was very professional and meticulous. I was very pleased with the prompt service and cost. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair.
