Precision Garage Door Service is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. From the receptionist taking calls to the technicians coming to my home, they never disappointed me. I have used this company three times over th past two years with two different technicians and it was superior service--"going beyond" to serve the customer. Once the appointment was booked, I was reminded of the appointment and received a text message when the tech was on his way. I could trace his progress in a simple link on my phone. They sent a picture of the tech and a short bio, so I had a better idea of who was going to be helping me. The tech looked over the problem and then gave me an estimate of the cost BEFORE doing any work. No haggling--it it was, as he said it would be in the beginning. I upgraded an old Liftmaster with a chain to the newer band method. I love that it is quieter than the old model as the tech had predicted. Tech was kind and polite. He listened to my questions and explained everything clearly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various options I had, so it was easier to make a choice about the purchase. I felt glad to write a check to this company--which is something I can't say about ANY of the other services I have used over the past 15 years of owning my home. Bravo!

Precision was very responsive when I called for service, an appointment was promptly scheduled and technician (Robert) arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my garage door and opener quickly and made the adjustment needed. Robert was very informative about my options and provided estimates for future work as requested which I received immediately via email for my consideration.

Matt and Luke solved my problem and made sure everything was in tiptop working order. They were courteous and professional. Luke handled the repairs and Matt took his time explaining everything that needed to be done. I don’t have a comparison to rate the cost but I was very satisfied with the service.

Precision Doors delivers a superior product with outstanding install. The technicians are all knowledgeable, professional, and selected for their talents in customer interactions. All questions were answered completely and to our satisfaction, and the craftmanship exceeded our expectations. Our installation technician, Anthony, even adjusted our existing garage door openers to mate perfectly with the new doors. He was extremely disciplined in his COVID-19 protocol adherence, wearing his mask the entire time of the visit, even when outdoors while working on the exterior of the garage doors with no else around. Highly recommend this company!

Jennifer, hearing my emergency, went out of her way to ensure I was helped. Her support and dedication brought Luke to my house within one hour of my call. Luke, who was finished for the day, came and saved us from a night of being unable to get out and to keep critical medical appointments. His professionalism and dedication resulted in a complete top-notch repair less than four hours from my original call. Thanks to these folks my wife was able to receive necessary medical attention her illness required. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received in the last two days from Precision. The spring on our garage door broke yesterday. It was fixed in 28 hours. The technician was terrific; the communication was terrific; the price was terrific. I want to extend my thanks to Mr. Demeo who was courteous and very helpful in explaining the work that needed to be done. Quite frankly, after dealing with dozens of contractors, Precision was the best. The very best.

John Delpiu is a very experienced professional technician. He arrived on time and concise in his repair methods to both diagnose the problem and in detail fully explain what the issues are. He also provided me several options to choose from in order to properly fix them. This company from what I have seen prides itself on customer service.
